Discussing rates is distasteful, but necessary. Elisabeth does not negotiate so please do not ask since it tends to leave a bad initial impression. What you're paying for is time and not a specific activity, with the exception of dining. Obviously, that's a planned activity!
Elisabeth prefers daytime appointments, even the in the morning! However, she is perfectly willing to work with your schedule. She does require advance notice. Elisabeth is open to meeting on Saturdays but needs at least 48 hours notice. She rarely accepts Sunday appointments.
